Customer Project Manager

We are looking for a Customer project manager that can provide with technical product support to our Sales department to optimize our customer projects. The position is a key role within the company, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for ensuring top quality delivery precision to our customers. It can be via a recruitment or on a consultancy basis.

ChromoGenics is a leader in dynamic glass with controllable heat- and light transmission. The company’s unique electrochromic technology ConverLight™, provides sustainable solar control with increased indoor comfort and energy efficiency. In 2016 the company started commercial sales to real estate projects in Scandinavia.

ChromoGenics is located in Uppsala and has about 20 employees. The technology is derived from the world leading research center at Ångström Laboratory at Uppsala University. The plant has been partly financed by a conditional loan from the Swedish Energy Agency. ChromoGenics share (CHRO) is listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm with G&W Fondkommission as Certified Adviser.  

Job Description

The core role will be to support the sales organization with product- and project information as well as technical assistance with the aim of accelerating time-to-market and securing customer satisfaction.

Tasks and responsibilities include, amongst others:
• Assist with technical support and counseling to sales organization and customers
• Create offers/tenders in cooperation with sales organization
• Initiate, plan and execute as a project manager for won customer projects
• Handle order reception and registrations
• Log data and register customer contacts and project information
• Monitor and assure delivery precision to customer site, including follow up
• Establish routines for follow up offers/tenders with sales organization and customers
• Responsible for complaint handling towards customers or Assist sales organization in customer complaint handling
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish both trust and drive in productivity improvements
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars and customer activities

Job Requirements 

• 5-7 years of experience of project management in B2B industry
• Experience in the construction industry is seen as a plus
• Capable of multi-tasking and establishing strong working relationships in cross-functional teams and towards customer
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• University degree with technical orientation
• If your education has electro-technical background it is seen as a plus
• Any additional sales training (e.g. IHM) will be seen as a plus
• The position requires travelling
